Day two started off with a delicious breakfast courtesy of Sarah and then we went on a nice long bike ride to The Hover Dam.  The return ride was pretty intense because it was soooo windy and we saw a rattle snake!

Hermana Messina's Farewell - Day 1

My wonderful roommate Sarah Messina entered the MTC on June 2nd and gave her farewell address on May 23rd. Stacie Purcell, Kellie Wentz, Steve Hansen, Shane Johnson and I visited Danielle, Sarah, and the whole Messina family in Henderson Nevada so we could attend Sarah's farewell. I had the wonderful experience of riding the Greyhound bus for 5 hours each way with a bunch of strangers, but it was definitely worth it. We all had an amazing Weekend!


The day I got there, we went to Lake Meed. It was absolutely amazing! it was so much fun, it was great to see my friends again, and it was beautiful!

I tried to wake board
and water ski but this is as close as I got...I have now sworn to never again try any form of skiing again!

Then finally I managed to knee board...not nearly as cool as wake boarding but I guess it will have to do...
